REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you’ve changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
Your item(s) needs to be:
- Unused and with all original components
- In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
- With its proof of purchase
- With any free items that came with the product
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 3 days.
Warranty
We WILL NOT refund an item(s) without it being returned to us first for inspection (when applicable) this is to confirm the item(s) was in fact purchased from us and to check it’s condition if the customer has claimed that an item is damaged upon receipt.
Refunds/
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,

To return your product please message via the WhatsApp number for the return address.
At this time we are unable to provide Free Return Shipping, therefore, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a tracked services to ensure buyer/seller protection.
